We've been taking our boys for about 2 years now. The atmosphere is very family friendly… I have 2 boys ages 4 and 7 and they do the jiujitsu classes… The older kids help the younger ones whenever they need extra help. We love it there and definitely recommend it for anyone that wants to join a family.
I am 36 years old and out of shape. Honestly, I thought I was too old to start doing Jiu-Jitsu. I was nervous on my first day of class but I felt welcomed right away… Now me and my 14 year old daughter are going to jiu-jitsu.
This gym has amazing people that you'll meet, with a family atmosphere, and motivating trainers & people! I love that you don't feel intimidated walking in and trying something new… you can workout while your kids are working out in their class.
I wish we would have joined sooner!!! Everyone has been so welcoming and amazing to my whole family… we both came in with zero experience and they've been so helpful. Best gym we've ever experienced… we're so lucky to have everyone as our Jiu-Jitsu family.

Can adults start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai with no experience?
Yes. Adult beginners are welcome in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes. The coaching team helps new students learn the basics in a structured, supportive environment.
